Q: I get an error using the confirmation email.

A: Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  • First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with).
  • If you are unable to log in, please copy and paste the full URL (web address) of the link that you received in the confirmation email into your browser.
  • If you’re having trouble after the above steps, send us an email on[email protected]

Q: My confirmation email didn’t arrive.

A: Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  • Check your email application’s spam or junk folder or filter. Please be aware that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
  • Check that you’re trying to log in from the exact email address you registered with. A common error is registering with an incorrect email domain (e.g., not the same as In addition, keep in mind that email addresses never begin with a “www” prefix.
  • If you’re having trouble after the above steps, send us an email on[email protected]

Q: I received an account creation email, but I’m already registered.

A: If you have received an account confirmation email in error, it’s likely that someone has mistakenly attempted to register using your email address. As long as you do not click the link contained in the email, no action will be taken, and no account will be created. Please disregard these emails.

Q: While signing up it says the account already exists.

A: If you are the account owner and are attempting to sign up for another account, then please be aware that you can only sign up for one account per email address. If you are an existing  user, please sign in using those credentials.

Q: I am a registered user, do I need to sign up.

A: You can login with your existing credentials. You don’t need to create a separate account for login.

Q: It says my email address is invalid.

A: Please recheck the email id you are entering. It should be of format [email protected] where “xyx” is the username and “abc” is the domain name. Also please be aware that that you can only sign up for one account per email address.

Q: The “words in the box” (i.e., captchas) doesn’t load.

A: Your problem is most likely related to your internet browser. We recommend that you upgrade your browser, or clear its cache and cookies for smooth workflow.

Q: What do I need to do to sign up for this site?

A: From our Sign Up page, just provide us with your full name, email address, desired password, and gender. You also get an option to select a master, provide date of birth and choosing a faith. Once you furnish the info we require, you will receive an activation email on the email id you provided while registering. Please follow the steps given in the email properly to complete the registration process.

After you complete the sign up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the Activation link will complete the sign up process.

Login and Password

Q: How do I change my password?

A: If you know your password and would like to change it, you can do so from the Accounts tab on settings page. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking forgot password link on the signin popup.


Q: How do I edit my profile privacy settings?

A: You can adjust your profile privacy settings from the account tab in the Profile setting page. Privacy Settings option are at the bottom of the page. You can select Pubic option to make it searchable.

Q: How can I control who can see my profile information and post to my Wall?

A: If your profile is Public then everyone will be able to see your profile information, However if your profile is Private, Only you can see your profile.

Q: How do I edit my profile?

A: You can adjust your profile by clicking edit profile link on your profile page.

Q: What are the different profile badges on

A: Profile badges are different levels you attain in your spiritual journey on Kartavyamev Jayate.

Q: How can I deactivate my’s account?

A: To deactivate your account, mail us at [email protected].


Q: Who can see my Wall?

A: By default, your Wall is visible to anyone who can see your profile. Only users who follow you can post to your wall.

Q: Whose Walls can I write on?

A: only lets you write on your followers’ Walls and your own Wall.

Q: What can I do on the Wall?

A: The Wall is the center of your profile for adding new things, like photos, videos, notes and other content. The Publisher at the top of your Wall allows you to update your status and share content through many different kinds of Wall posts.

Q: What happens when I create content on my Wall?

A: When you use the box (also known as the Publisher) at the top of your Wall to create content like notes or a photo album, the content will appear on your Wall as a story. The Publisher makes it easy to add new stuff to your profile whenever you feel inspired.
